Bong Seog Jung / 정봉석: Bong Seog Jung is a PhD in civil engineering from the University of Toronto and licensed as a Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering in the state of California. He is an author of more than 50 technical articles including a best paper award from AWWA (America Water Works Association).
